Mr. Edmund Mutaiganwa Paschal is a skilled and dedicated Lawyer with extensive expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, Perfection of Securities, and Litigation. He is known for delivering practical and innovative legal solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of his clients.

Edmund’s legal journey has been shaped by a strong foundation in both corporate law and litigation. He refined his litigation skills while working at Enrich Associates, where he handled complex legal disputes, and later expanded his corporate expertise as an Associate at KKB Attorneys at Law. 

During his tenure at KKB, he advised both local and international clients on commercial transactions, real estate, company formation, intellectual property, and secretarial services. Today, as a Partner at GADME Attorneys, he continues to provide strategic legal counsel to businesses and investors, guiding them through intricate legal landscapes.

Over the years, Edmund has worked with clients from China, the USA, and Nigeria, successfully navigating cross-border legal matters and high-value transactions. His deep understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks has made him a trusted advisor in the business and legal sectors.

Beyond his legal career, Edmund is deeply committed to charity works. He serves as the General Secretary of Godsmile Foundation in Dar es Salaam, where he leads initiatives aimed at supporting orphans and vulnerable communities, restoring hope, and making a meaningful impact on society.

A passionate advocate for justice, fairness, and the rule of law, Edmund is dedicated to delivering reliable and actionable legal solutions that empower individuals and businesses alike.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Moshi Cooperative University and has completed his practical training at the Law School of Tanzania.
