Mr. Daudi Badrudini Mswahela is an experienced litigator and corporate lawyer specializing in Employment Law and Human Resources. As a partner at GADME Attorneys, he has built a solid reputation for providing expert legal advice and representation in employment relationships, workplace disputes, compliance, and human resource management.

With a deep understanding of labor laws and corporate regulations, Adv. Mswahela is a trusted advisor to individuals and organizations navigating complex legal and workplace matters. Before joining GADME Attorneys, Adv. Mswahela served as a Human Resource Officer at one of Tanzania’s most reputable companies, where he gained extensive experience in labor relations, dispute resolution, and HR compliance. This unique blend of legal and HR experience allows him to offer comprehensive legal solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and employees alike.

At GADME Attorneys, Adv. Mswahela also oversees administrative matters within the firm and manages client-related issues, ensuring top-tier legal services.

Mr. Mswahela holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Mzumbe University, Main Campus, Morogoro. He further honed his legal expertise at the Law School of Tanzania, where he received the professional training necessary to excel in his field. He is also a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.

A dedicated legal scholar, Adv. Mswahela has contributed to the legal field by publishing several legal manuals, including: - Principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Tanzania 2021, Philosophical School of Jurisprudence 2021, An Introduction to the Philosophy of Law 2020, Debentures and Charges on Assets of Companies in Tanzania, 2021.
